I love being a public librarian and I feel that with the right amount of nurturing and by sharing our own love of literature with people of all ages, we can create life long readers out of even the most reluctant of people.
I am also dedicated to the ideal that public librarians must love working with the public. I think its absolutely necessary that we find joy in helping others and putting a smile on their faces.
